What are the best foods to eat for body building?
* I'm entry level body building, good health, decent shape, already been dieting / drink apx. 10oz of pop a day with several glasses of water, and I already eat healthy- trying to find out what foods are good for the building of muscles.

- lots of protein. white meat...chicken breast, lean pork, turkey breast, fish, egg whites. try to stay away from beef. protein shakes. also include complex carbs and lots of vegetables.
