How can i start body building from Start?
I m new to start body building.. but i dont know how to start it.. i have dumbles...and weight rod... plz advice me starting steps for body building.

- As a former body builder, I would say this. It depends on where you are and the reason why you want to be one. Step 1. Set a goal. Step 2. Set up a schedule. Step 3. Create a log book. Step 4. Join a gym. Specifically one that has certified trainers who can work with you to develop a routine that you can do on your own. Step 5. And this one is important. Get a complete physical from a doctor. This insures that you have no pre-existing medical condition that will limit you in pursuring your goal.
