What are some good workouts to strengthen your arms and back?
I want to strengthen my arms and back in order to do regular chin-ups/pull-ups again. What are effective workouts that will help me?

- PUSHUPS - will strengthin your tri's that will help you, and it does work your beceps and back also , those are the main muscles it takes to do chin ups
- Try a weighted seated row to target all of the areas required for a pull up
- Chin-ups and pull-ups greatly involve the lats and biceps. Do regular curls and hammer curls to strengthen the biceps. For the lats try rows and straight arm pull downs. If you don't know what these exercises look like, google them.
- you can go to the gym and do the row machine. there are machines there that you can add counter weight to them so you can do pull ups/ chin-ups easily then work your way up. if you know what a power clean is, that is also a good workout. i hope this helped..
