What are some intense cardio workouts to lose body fat?

I have started to do bodybuilding but there is some fat around my abs. Also in my chest. I want to lose a lot of fat over all. What are some intense cardio workouts? I have heard of cricket and football teams doing some training. Can u plz get me some youtube links?

Do 5 sets, rest for 2 minutes, do 5 more sets, rest for 2 minutes, then do 5 more sets and cool down.
