What are some workouts that burn fat off quickly from your lower stomach muscles and lovehandles?
I seriously need some workouts for these, because I cant get rid of them by just doing crunches!
Can somebody give me any exercises that are easy and can get my muscles nice and toned ??!!?

- have you ever herd of the workout called turbo jam? i use it all the time and have a 24 inch waiste!!! it is so great cause you never have to do a sit up on the floor. actually you never even touch the floor. i highly recommend it!!
- Exactly - you can't get rid of them doing crunches, or anything else for that matter. Doing crunches and specific exercises works out the muscles in your target areas, but does nothing to deal with the fat. To lose fat, you have to do a lot of cardio. Running, swimming, and biking.
