What health supplement would I take to achieve the best results after 10 days of treadmill workouts?

On 8/18 I'm going on a rafting trip. I would like to slim up as best I can between now and then. I've been using my treadmill religiously for the past week. However I would like to enhance my workouts with supplements to achieve the best results. Do you have any recommendations? Also what diet should I go on to achieve the best treadmill workout results?
