What are some intense cardio workouts to lose body fat?

I have started to do bodybuilding but there is some fat around my abs. Also in my chest. I want to lose a lot of fat over all. What are some intense cardio workouts? I have heard of cricket and football teams doing some training. Can u plz get me some youtube links?

  2. I don't know about Cricket and Football (I'm in the US) but try some lunges. You crouch down, and do a long step forward, and drag your back leg up to the front and repeat with alternate steps. Do these with hand held 15 lb. weights (or more) and you'll feel the burn, baby....and you will sweet and burn some fat.
  3. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Nothing other than water in between. Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free. Be patient and not in a hurry. U cannot choose spots for reduction. This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
  4. If you are wanting to lose fat, watch how intese you get. Your target heart rate for fat burning should be 60% - 70% of your maximum heart rate. Above this you move into the cardio range which you will burn more calories but the percentage of those being from fat drop significantly. Approximate numbers: 60%-70%: 85% of calories from fat 70%-80%: 50% of calories from fat 80%-90%: 15% of calories from fat Good luck!
