What kind of workouts or weights should you do for soccer?
I want to know what kind of workouts or weights you should do if you are planning on trying out for the highschool soccer team.

- ok first off a lot of running. Then your legs need to be strong, so a lot of leg work outs, calf raises, squats, lunges, or sit on the wall for a couple minutes like your sitting on a chair. Those are easy ones if you have a gym theres so much more you can do. For upper body A LOT of sit-ups you need to have a tight strong stomach, which makes for a strong back so you cant get pushed off the ball.
