morning tae bo then night time go to gym? is it ok to do taebo if you do body building?

is it ok to do taebo in the morning then in the afternoon i'll hit the gym? or i'll go to the gym first then do taebo at night? im doing bodybuilding but i have problem with my stomach so i need to burn it by doing tae bo.and is it ok to do taebo if you do body building?

  1. It doesn't matter. Yes, it is o.k. to do taebo if you do bodybuilding.
  2. Yes, it's ok to do it in the morning but you can also try other forms of cardio once you get used to the Tae Bo tape...jumprope, run, jumping jacks or hit the cardio equipment at the gym. My personal favorite (only because it makse people think i'm crazy and it's funny) is skipping...it's a great workout and burns calories/fat like crazy for me and it's less tedious than jumping rope BUT anytime I get to punch and kick WITHOUT hurting someone..its a good thing. Keep up the heartrate and good work. Also, defined abs is 80% diet. You didn't mention anything about it but if your bodybuilding I would assume you are following a bodybuilder diet. Make sure you eat clean and don't cheat to burn fat instead of muscle. If you are not following a bodybuilder diet that may be part of the problem.
