What is your best "all natural" way of making a body building shake?

Please, serious answers. What is your secret cocktail? I am trying to find some good ideas to build mass (muscle) by not going the route of adding protein, creatine powders etc, because i have heard that, that may harm the body more than help it.

  4. You pose a fascinating question but I wonder how many ' builders ' would agree its natural, fit for the body, and of sustaining endurance. I saw a special on gladiators on PBS. I'd think, if anybody, those fellows would have to be in great shape, given the alternative. It talked about what they were fed, barley being prominent. Here on Yahoo we've got a great research tool and even a section on nutrition. I think it would behoove us to ferret that out for optimum knowledge and results. I doubt you could get much from a simple drink under one roof. We just are not constructed that way. There's my two cents. Hope it helps.
