  4. well im 14,play football,im muscular,not skinny either,heavy muscular set,100% whey protein got me that way too,i worked out with it too,5 days a week,but dont do too much,you gotta give your muscles time to rest and rebuild,take it 15-20 minutes after your workout,they have a lot of different selections at gnc,i got mine from gnc.com,but its not cheap,but its worth the price,good luck man. p.s, i like strawberry the best.dont mix it with water either,mix it with milk.good luck,have a nice night oh yeah,it only takes a month to get half of where im at, i bench 185,when i started on whey,i was benching 130,it took 3 months to get fully where im at.
