Infomercials and fitness equipment?

Have you ever bought fitness equipment after seeing an infomercial? If so what was it and did it work for you?

  1. just once and it wasn't all it was cracked up to be - remember the torso-track? ugh... remember that most of these commericals play to the weaknesses of the consumer...having something he/she wants (a great body) and an easy way to achieve that. There is no "secret" machine or "easy" way that you probably aren't already aware of. sorry if that sounded like lecturing, I think I'm just still mad at myself for buying that thing!
