Workouts..?

What are some of the main workouts that they have you do in Army Basic? Obviously pushups and running, but more specific; what kind of running and other exercises do you do excessively in Basic?

  1. well it depends on your age the younger your 17-21 you do more.the older you r 22-26 the less you do.plus you do jumping jacks ob cycle courses etc..but if u want to know more than check this website out..
