Body Building?

I am 22 years old man. I am trying to build my body because I think that I have thin body structure. Three months are passed for joining the gym. With the help of special trainer and protein supplement (ON's Serious Mass) I am trying to build the body. But I am not getting result i.e. biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists are still same. These parts are not developing. Only chest part, back portion and legs are developing. I am very much under depression because I am very serious about body building. Please give me solutions to solve this problem.

  1. if you are seeing growth in some body parts and not others then that tells you that your caloric intake is sufficient for muscle growth. your problem lies in the training of those lagging body parts of the recovery of them. any properly designed resistance training program should be based on compound exercises. it's hard to pinpoint what the problem could be with out knowing your entire training routine.
