I am 22 years old man. I am trying to build my body because I think that I have thin body structure. Three months are passed for joining the gym. With the help of special trainer and protein supplement (ON's Serious Mass) I am trying to build the body. But I am not getting result i.e. biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists are still same. These parts are not developing. Only chest part, back portion and legs are developing. I am very much under depression because I am very serious about body building. Please give me solutions to solve this problem.
