ok heres the deal iv always had anger problems and so my anger manegment teacher wants me to start fighting like the ufc kinda stuff wich workz cause i love fighting but im not exactly fit im not fat or anything like that i just aint as strong i i need to be theres a couple problems 1 i have no money at all for equipment so i need ideas for like home made weights and stuff 2 i have a bad shoulder and can only do like 20-25 pushups or whatever before i have to quit what can i do to puut less pressure on it 3 im a pretty picky eater no idea why but i really dont like fruits and vegetables but i love meat and eggs and stuff so how can i have a good diet and 4 what are some of the best things to do to get in shape

- Run! Honestly the best cardio work out would be running. If your wanting to lift weights and have a bad shoulder then that could be hard. I would recommend loading up on that excedrin and just going for the push ups.
