Anyone tried the cheap fitness equipment + dvd from Tescos?

I went a bit crazy and bought the weighted ball one and the giant elastic band one last night, £9 each - not bad with dvd! I haven't tried them yet but i was wondering if anyone had tried them, or others, and if they actually gave them a good work out and had good results re fitness and toning? Thanks

  1. I havent tried them but have you ever noticed when in Tesco they gather all the managers together and get them to do exercises lol! its hilarious
  2. They are "OK". not too bad and not too good. You can use it for couple of months and throw it away later.Or spend good money to buy quality goods which lasts long. More than "few" customers have negative feedback and returned the items related to fitness from Tesco. But believe me, some of them are really good and durable

Sorry honey I don't but I did buy the seven pillars of strenght from the t.v. go on to www.t.v. warehouse .com see what you can find I have had mine two months and lost two stone just on the machine three times a week, and I eat just the same I am now a size 8 from 14 good luck Oh it cost me £250.00 with delivery good luck.
