What workouts at the gym will get rid of that last roll?
I consider myself in excellent shape right now. I have this annoying last layer of fat--it's not frightening, mind you. I would like to know from you all how do you get rid of that last roll of fat. what workouts at the gym would you recommend me do? anything else you want to add besides that, feel free to do so. all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

- CARDIO!! Seriously, it's all that you can do. Run on the treadmill, or use a jump rope. Also, try to change up your diet to eat the proper amount of lean protein, whole grains and vegetables. Good Luck!!
- Cardio will burn the fat you eat when done on high-intensity for a shorter period of time (ie. 20 mins on a 4% incline at 4-5mph). It will burn the fat on your body when done at a lower-intensity, for a longer period of time (ie. 40-60 mins, 1-2% incline at 3-4 mph). If you have good muscle tone everywhere else, continue to do some weight training (all over) 3x a week to keep your body burning fat "like a furnace" and add the low-intensity cardio, and try changing up your diet to eat lower fat foods. Crunches and "core exercises" will help tone up your mid-section, which will also increase muscle mass there and will help burn the fat off your entire body as well. Just keep plugging away - it's not easy, but with persistence and commitment, you can do it!
