how old do you have to be to go to gyms???

  2. To my understanding 15 or 16 years of age. To early can stunt your growth. If you do start early do not go heavy on the weights. Do light weight with a lot of reps. This will give you good body tone and strength.
  3. some say you should not start heavy lifting until you are 17. it damages your tendons and may stunt your growth ever seen those guys with bent elbows. I wud say around 14 you cud start doing high number of reps lower weight and deinatley alot of pushups and situps and pullups.
  4. I think most gyms you need to be 18 or older.
