Workouts??

Are there any workouts that you know that can make me get quicker and jump higher? Im 6'2 and 16 Years Old, i get up there to dunk the ball but cant really complete the dunk because i think i dont get enough lift, so what kind of workouts can i do to get quicker and jump higher?

  1. Squats, leg press, calf raises, 24" box jumps, and jump rope can all help. Keep practising dunking, it gets easier the more you practice.
