Body building?

I am 18 years old. I want to become big like a body builder. I take creatine and train at da gym. I been taking creatine for 1 month now. It is kind off working on me. But not too good. I am still slim. I want big arms big chest and 6pac...Please help..Thank You

  2. creatine doesnt give you big muscles i hope you know that...it jsut takes the pain away while you are working out so you can do a lot of reps. Just keep at it change like you want isnt going to happen in 1 month
  3. buy yourself some WHEY protein and take it half an hour to an hour after an INTENSE workout. realy push it. never go to the gym everyday ebcause muscles need time to grow back, if you workout everyday you fuck up the system and the muscle will not grow. try and cram alot of protein down your gob and it will rebuild the muscle recovery fast. im getting into bodybuilding myself, go to the gym 3 times a week. kk mate good luck
  4. a balanced diet,with lots of carbs, protein in regular measured amounts,not with the carbs,and lots of fresh fruit juice (as an anti-oxidant) For chest development,bench presses-incline and flat are hard to beat;arms respond to alternate bicep curls,and tricep push-downs. To keep supple however,try swimming breaststroke on your "down days",it alleviates any boredom too!!!
