Does anyone know which machine will give "better" results and whats the REAL difference between treadmills, ellipticals, stairclimbers and how do they compare to the bowflex's treadclimber? Any professional trainer willing to answer I'd be greatful for any help making a GOOD choice in equipment!!! I'm doing the whole eating right, cutting bad choices, and working out at least an hour a day with toning, weights, u name it. Just looking to add to it. I know outdoors is the best way to go, but with kids, time is limited, and I need something that I can do late nights and mornings when the youngest one can't sleep. Please help.....
