Workouts???!!!?

okay. well i need a new workout plan. i play a sport in the winter but i need something for me to do now. keep into consideration: i usually have only an hour after school to workout. i need to workout especially on my thighs and butt ( tone them.) it doesnt matter how many days a week i need to do it. i dont have alot of access to workout machines or weights. p.s. i want to get fit for bikini season!!! thanks soo much. i am truely thankful!!!! oh yeah. i dont need to lose weight i just need to gain muscle and tone up. im actually very skinny so i would like to "bulk up" alittle with a workout.

  3. ok well i personally like "zumba" for fitness and it has a SPECTACULAR but toning prograam. 4 times a week and you and everyone around you will notice the difference!
  4. yea i need to bulk up too...i just do crunches, situps, lunges, squats, and pushups when i have the time...i dont really do a plan...but u will never gain anything unless u eat more calories then u burn...thats how u get muscle...
  5. Assuming no weights or gym you can still do LUNGES or STAIR CLIMBING and SQUATS. For 1 week do them normal speed. Week 2 double time. Week 3 fill two empty milk jugs with water half way or all the way with water, continue normal speed. Week 4 same at double time. Week 5 start from week 1 but reverse the order in which you do the exercises. Continue.......... Only have to do this about 20 min./day 5 days a week. ****************************************************************** OK, to bulk up take in a few more protein calories. Add 1 more small meal to your day, maybe just after workout. Chicken breast or fish, 1 slice of bread. Then concentrate on squats, do more squats then lunges or stair climbing and fill milk jugs full.( about 8 lbs) And stick to it. Good Luck!!
