- Yes if you eat heathly and to excersies such as go for a run or a jog, go swim laps, do situps, push ups there are so many thing you can do.
- Jogging is definately a great way to stay in shape. I would also reccommend going and getting a Mens Fitness magazine and there should be exercises you can do at home without the equipment. I also do yoga in the living room to stay toned.
- Body weight exercises like variation push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, dips, squats will keep your muscles in top shape, and running around your neighborhood will do your heart and fat-percentages good. I'm actually taking a break on the weights right now and I'm starting to do stuff like handstand pushups, decline crunches, running up hills, etc.
- Yes if you go to the nearest gym/ fitness center. Then it is very easy to stay fit. If you dont go to the gym on the regular and you try to stay fit its gonna be really hard if you dont have an athletic body. Hope this helps
- Herschel Walker was a star NFL running back. The guy was ripped. And all he did was sit ups, push-ups, and chin-ups.
- Yup. Dance around like an idot non-stop to a really long song. Do crunches, situps, push ups, anything like that. Sports! Basketball, football, swimming, hockey, baseball? Anything. Just buy some weights its not that hard to go buy some 20-40 lb. weights right? -Good luck-
- Walking, aerobics t.v programs, house work, so many ways.... Good Luck!!!!
- yes just eat a reasonable amount of healthy foods and take a stroll around the neighborhood, if where you are going is close walk, pace when you use the telephone, find every little excuse to get up and go somewhere, and if you have the cash just join a gym! :)
- Find an exercise that you have fun doing. For me this is running and jumping down mountain trails, but you need to find something exhilerating that will keep you motivated to stay fit.
- yes. running is a great way to stay in shape. you can also do basic sit ups, push ups, etc. also swimming is good for the body. you can also go to a local gym, high school or colleges also have gyms that are open to general public occasionally. or you can buy like aerobics and tae bo tapes or something like that. i stay fit by dancing but i know many guys dont want to do that cuz they think thats a gay thing to do. good luck.
- Running is an excellent way to stay fit. Also doing crunches. If you have one of those big play balls or if you go and buy a cheap ball, you can put it between your back and a wall and do squats. You can buy workout video's and do that every morning also. Good Luck!
- run ,do push ups
- no one needs fitness equipment to stay fit. all you need is ambition and your body!! for legs: do squats, lunges, and jogging. all you need to do is go jogging around your block once, and do 15 squats and lunges a day. for your stomach, just do about 20 crunches a day, and do 5 more every week. for your arms, do 20 push ups, and more and more every week. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, DONT SKIP MEALS AND DO NOT OVER EAT. make sure you continue to do this, dont stop. :]] this should help you stay fit.
