What workouts should i do at the gym?

Football season just ended for me and i have been doing nothing for 2 weeks and i feel like a load so im going to join a gym. I have never been to a gym before and im just wondering what kind of workouts i should do to stay in/get in better shape? Im 14 about 6'0 190 lbs and i was a D-Lineman if that makes a difference?

  1. Since you're already pretty fit, you just want to do a maintenance routine. Some form of cardio at least 3x a week for 20 minutes and then you want to devise a weight lifting routine that'll help you keep your size and strength.
