ok i wanna get cut as fast as possible.. i want a lot of muscle gain but i dont wanna get buff like those body builders but i wanna be bigger then normal people if u noe wut i mean.. im only 15 and my dad doesnt let me go to the gym for some reason.. at my house i hav a total gym, bench, barbell, dumbells, and a lot of weights.. can you guys giv me some really effective workouts?? thanks
