What are the simple Circuit Training Routine ?

I been given an assignment from fitness trainning instructors to do 10 simple circuit training routine at home everyday. I dont have any machine that i can use for fitness. What are some of the simple ones that does not required any equipment ?

  1. That's the beautiful thing about circuit training... you don't NEED to have any machines. All you need for circuit training is different exercises that work different muscle groups one after the other. You could have one with bicep curls, the next with sit ups, the next with lunges, the next with jumping jacks, the next with pull-ups..... just don't repeat the same muscle group after the previous one and it can be a circuit training. Just make a list of all the exercises you can do in a small area that don't require machines, then organize them by muscle group and take one from each category as you make up your circuit list.
