- the best way is too walk 20 min a day and do sit ups and puch ups and eat lots of fruit then uill have it
- yago and palaties is best for women. Dont eat as much junk (suger bad that means soda and chocolate)
- Eating: Increase fruits and veggies in your diet and dont leave out any milk since you are 13 milk is SO important for you to have in your diet. Try 3 servings a day. Lay low on sugars and try whole wheats and Lean meats such as fish and grilled chickens etc... Exercise: I do not know if you go to a gym but i suggest for your thighs and butt some form of squats. For arms grab a free weight or even a can of soup and try those. Ab workouts try crunchs. Ill add some links below. http://www.netfit.co.uk/abdominals-web-site.htm http://www.changingshape.com/exercise/directory/typeofexercises.asp If all else fails go walking with friends everyday. Its a great exercise and youlll ALLL look great when school starts... GOOD LUCK
- ok, the bike, running, weights, alot of sit ups, high knees, stretches, lunges, squats, and regular warm-ups like yew do in P.E or something. less fats and oils, ice cream, candy, cakes, cookies and so forth are not good. To much bread or pasta goes straight to your thighs! trust me
- 4 THIGHS TRY DONKEY KICKS WHERE I GET ON UR HANDS AND KNEES AND KICK 1 LEG AT A TIME AND KICK 2WARD THE SKY WITH UR LEG AS HIGH AS U CAN GO 15TIMES 3 TIMES A WEEK ALSO HAVE SOME 1 SIT ON UR LEGS WHILE LAYING ON UR STOMACH AND LIFT UR UPPER BODY OFF THE GROUND LIFT AND HOLD 5 TIMES 5 SEC EACH ALSO EAT ALOT OF PROTIEN AND FEW CALLORES AND FEW CARBS AND SUGAR USE ATAFICIAL SWEETENER IT WILL HELP U LOOSE WEIGHT DO CURLS AND 4 UR CALVES STAND ON 1 LEG HOLING ONTO A CHAIR AND LIFT ONTO UR TOE AND BACK ON UR HEEL 25 TIMES A DAY EACH LEG ALSO U CAN BUY AN EXERSISE BALL AND THEY COME WITH WORKOUT STUFF 4 UR STOMACH I PLAY FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL AND ALL THIS HELP ME . HOPE I HELPED AND PLZ GIVE ME SOME POINTS I NEED THEM BAD
- Running! If you're just starting out, just walking at a fast-pace is great too! This will give you an all over work-out. If you still want a little extra for the arms and tummy, do push-ups and crunches (if you raise your legs up, bent at the knees, while doing crunches, they are more effective.) Drink water while working out, and as much as possible. I'm 16 and have struggled with my weight when I was your age too, I play volleyball and our coach tells us not to drink carbonation and we are not allowed to have sweets. Just doing that helps me loose weight. My main advice, is whatever you find works best for you to loose weight, stick with it. If you work-out and diet for a few months, and notice a difference, don't just quit and go back to normal, you will most likely gain it all back! Good Luck! =)
- well, the magazine i read is called men's health, very useful for everything, from foods to exercises, to sexual health and so forth for stomach do all kinds of sit ups (bent knees and no bent knees) increase workout everyday for thighs try running, tennis, squash, um try the the gym, the gym i go to they show the actual muscles that are effected on each machine eat proteins (spinach, milk, eggs etc..) after exercises, drink lots of water, dont eat too much carbohydrates (potatoes, etc lol i dunno) fish is very good for ya, i recommend salmon, high level of omega 3, and so much more make sure u strech off before and after each exercise as i said, dont start off heavy, but build gradually, first week take it easy, then keep increasing (i started off with half an hour workout at the gym, now my workout is at least 1 hour and a half) make sure u warm up after u stretch off, i played football (what u call in america soccer) 3 times a week since i was lol i cant remember for 6, 7 years (lets say it was good for my butt lol) but some magazine i read recommended tennis and squash mroe than ANY other sport, why? because they improve agility, flexibility, power, etc... because you use your whole body with tennis make sure u stick to the program, dont take it as a program, just change ur lifestyle, im sure u'll adapt to the new changes in ur life lol best of luck
- Yes! dancing is very good exercise to help you tone up your body but it takes more than that to do it. Like you said you are only 13,and your still growing and developing as well and it depends on how active you are now and what you eat and your metabolism as well it you have high energy one or a slow one. And if you are a couch potato and not very active in doing daily exercise that all plays a role and now all of a sudden wanting to do all of this before school starts up again isn't going to cut it either you should be doing it all the time when you have a chance in keeping your self active and in shape. Its never too late to start OK but what you do now in the way of exercise and what you put in your body as well all play a major role in what you are trying to accomplish for yourself OK.
