question about fitness...?
ok so i want to lose weight this summer. I need a a 30 minute workout each day...but i am not sure what i can do...i know that i can run---how long should I run?? i have to be able to do this workout at home and i don't have equipment...i just need something simple to do along with a healthy diet.

- In terms of running, you can add variations to it. For instance you can jog for 20-30 mins one day, on another day you can sprint for 1 min then jog for 2 min, then sprint, then back and forth for about 10-15min that method is called high intensity interval training. Since you don't have any equipement use your body!You can do push ups for your upper body, you can do squats and lunges for your lower body. You probably don't wanna buy dumbells but a cheap way to give you a boost would be to purchase a swiss ball which costs around 20$. It's really effective for balance and you can do so many exercises with it.
