I need to lose 15 pounds in about 1 month. How do I do this when I dont have any fitness equipment.?

I weigh in at about 144 pounds and Im about 5'2. I need to lose 15 pounds so that I will be more selfconfident. I dont eat any vegatables except for lettuce. And I love apples and peanut butter. Can somebody Please HELP!!!!!

  1. wrap yourslef with a plastic bag which will create more heat so you sweat more and fast walk,jog or jump rope.drink lots of water too!
  2. Find some stairs, and start climbing up and down. As for the apples, keep eating them, but cut down on the peanut butter and similar fats. It might not be a good idea to lose the entire 15 pounds in a single month, so how about going for 10 instead?
  3. Portion control is key. Eat the foods you love, but don't overdo it. Stop as soon as you start to feel full. As for the peanut butter, it's probably high in calories, so look for low-fat/low-sugar or organic versions. Buy a small can & try it out to see if the taste works for you. If it does, great! If it doesn't, just remember portion control! As for toning out your body, you can always try jumping jacks and sit ups. Neither require exercise equipment and only take a few minutes every day. Finally, you can go jogging, which will also help you lose weight.

The best any one can help you is tell you obvious stuff.Like walk after dinner ride your bike...be more active...its more exersise then food trust me...just eat normle...(not fatty...normle).Then be active, just do more stuff.It doesnt have to be boring like walking though going to the moving is exersise...just do more stuff and lay off the fast food !!!!
  5. One month is a short time to loose 15 pounds. You don't need exercise equipment. You can walk, get videos, or join health club. Join some organized sports. Also how you fix food is important. Do not fry, either grill, bake, or broil meat. It would help if you ate more vegetables, but lettuce is good. Apples too, but with just a little peanut butter.

Try to change up your workout very often so your body never gets used to anything. Jump rope, shadow box, run, sprint, bike, swim, climb, do anything and everything you can think of.
