Workouts....?

Hey, I am a 15 year old male, and I want to lose body fat in the stomach region, and build muscle there and get my arms cut up. My arms are already solid, I just need to get them more defined. Also I have leg problems, and I need workouts for my legs and the stuff listed above. I have tendonitous (sp?) in my right knee, on both of my feet the bottoms of them are always so sore that I can't even walk. I don't know what is wrong with them but I came down hard on one of them in basketball....it sucks, because I have talent in basketball but I cant use it to the full potential.

  2. For the stomach focus on diet and excercise! For legs do some squats they work alot!!!!! And your arms do some curl ups,with a weight bar...
  3. Your legs have problems at 15? What kind of problems? Do cardio work: walking-biking-swimming for 30-60 minutes a day for 5 days. I suggest those and not running because they put less stress on your legs than jogging or running.
  4. Hire a personal trainer....
  5. Exercise some more...
