Best full-body strenght workout regiment with no weights at all...?

I'm back at home for a month and have no access to a gym and really don't have any fitness equipment. What's the best way to do an upper body strength workout (or as close as possible) without anything but your body. (I'm thinking something like pushups but for shoulders, back, and chest and all that)

  1. Put on music, and dance your as off. It's fun and aerobic. You might even use some heavy objects in your house, like an empty bottle and fill it with water or so.
