fitness Qs?

How can i: 1) build up my leg muscles without going to the gym or using equipment preferably without exspense 2) tone my bum 3) tone my tum both also without exspense and equipment not found around the average home

  2. my favorite leg exercises that require either no weight or very little additional weight are lunges and single leg squats (or single leg dead lifts). for the lunges, do both forward AND backward lunges, they work your muscles in different ways and can help build a better overall leg. for the single leg dead lift, stand on one leg, bend your free leg back so it's out of the way, and as you go down and back up, hold your arms in front of you as if you were lifting a barbell from the floor. this will also work your glutes (your "bum"). also try jumping rope. do a mixture of single leg jumps, two leg jumps, side to side, front to back, etc, to build strength and stability.
