How to burn calories?
It's already 6pm here in France, and i just had my dinner (maybe about 350 kcal). How to burn this calorie? I can't do some sport outdoor because it's almost dark. I don't have any fitness equipment at home. I usually sleep at 12. What can i do?
Please, i don't want to puke. I'm enough with it.
What kind of exercise? Does sit-up burn a lot of calories?

- walk up and down stairs...do jumping jacks......sit ups...there are a million things to do!
- Drink more lite beer.
- ive heard dancing to upbeat music for an hour or so is good but dont jiggle up and down too much, u'll make ureself accdentally sick
- go for a 40 minute walk- remember 2 eat in moderation and you,ll be fine!!!
- Sex, kissing, and laughing are good ways to burn calories at night...especially the sex :D. If none of those just do some aerobic exercises in your livingroom that you're comfortable with doing.

- A good workout video tape is really good, some tapes you can burn up to 500 calories per hour. It is something you want to do 45 minutes to an hour after you have eaten.
