chest workouts? what kind of chest workouts can I do to build mass and tone up? right now all i have is dumbbell bench, incline, and bench press... any help is appreciated, hopefully you can provide a site that has pics and explains the exercise, or you can explain it to me yourself.
What workouts will help size up the inner chest? I want to change up my chest workout so that I can bulk up my inner chest a little bit. I have been focusing on upper chest and will still probably hit that pretty hard, but I want to shift some focus to my inner chest. What are the best excercises to use? Also, I need to target my outer thigh. I have been doing squats and leg presses, but I don't feel like these are really being hit all that well. Any suggestions?

For chest workouts what should I do? I guess I should of ask these before but I'm gonna answer it now. I just got done with chest workout today and I was wondering of should i do different weight of what I can do for 3 sets or should I do them all at the same level? Monday, wednesday, friday chest workouts too much? I do my whole chest intensely on these days and rest well in between. I drink a recovery shake during/after, im young (18), and im not sore by the next workout. Is this still too much work for my chest? (im trying to build not tone)
I'm not feeling pain after doing chest workouts? I'm 18, 5'5" 160 lbs I'm going to gym regularly for 3 hrs a day doing workouts for chest, triceps and biceps. I'll bench press about 60 lbs for 15-20 reputation. Now a days I'm not at all feeling any pain which I felt earlier in my chest after doing chest workouts using barbells and dumbells, I want to know what's wrong with me. I'm not a muscular person.

What are some effective abdominal, chest, and arm workouts for home? I'm currently away from any exercise equipment right now and I need something to occupy my time. I'm really skinny and I can't gain weight through eating (or so it seems, I eat like a freaking horse and I don't gain weight) so I've taken it upon myself to build myself through gaining muscle mass. Any good chest workouts? I have a problem. I've been doing weights for a year and have been improving as i go along. However, I can't seem to work my chest. Bench pressing only works my triceps and anterior delts, with no stress on the chest, regardless of how wider grip I do. I have been doing chest flyes and they only make me feel sore SOMETIMES. What are good workouts to make your chest more firm and bigger? I know push ups is one and thats the only one I know. I don't have any expensive equipments like machines. What are the best workouts for achieving a ripped chest and arms? im currently at 190 lbs and 5'9 with alot of muscle, but what i'm striving for is a loss of about 15 lbs to get me that leaner look. ive cut back on alcohol consumption, snacking on unhealthy foods, and late-night eating. i'm looking for any suggestions on techniques or exercises that can help me achieve weight loss and ripped muscle.

Is it ok to use machines instead of benches to workout chest muscles? My main concern is muscle gain, when it's my day to work chest I usually stick to incline, flat and decline bench, along with the cross pulley. However, if I'm working out alone I can not use the bench, so I must use machines to work out my chest safely. Do machines not create as good of a workout? Whats wrong with my chest workouts!...? I lift 3 times a week, full body workouts each visit at the gym...for right now imma just talk about my chest...for chest i do incline,flat,and decline with bench and dumbbells...prolly about 3 reps of 6-8, then i do cables, and pec flys and all the other chest workouts...ive been working out for about 6-8 weeks already and i still dont have any muscle gian on my chest..i eat alot of protiens. i try to change the order of my chest routine every visit also..but still to no avail. Are there any workouts to fix 'funnel chest'? Hi, I have the condition known as funnel chest, and I really want to know if there are any workouts I can do to build muscle around the area to fix this. My main problem is that my bottom ribs stick out, which I am very self conscious about. Thanks for any help at all! Also, I think I used the word 'fix' when I should have said more like 'cover up'. Good Chest Workouts at home? i go to the gym and workout my upper body but havnt seen any noticable results in my chest. I can tell that my arms have really toned up but not my chest. i do pushups at home but dont have a bench press so i can only do that at the gym. any good exerces I can do at home to tone my chest

How do you make your chest workouts better? I do chest workouts every Monday and Thursday without skipping a single day. It usually takes 2 hours and I do chest presses with 45lbs. dumbbells in each hand for lower, mid and high pectorals (incline, flat and decline). There is little to no improvement and I even hold and squeeze at the top and lower quickly and hold at he bottom position for 2 seconds and do a descending staircase where I decrease the weight by 5lbs. and increase the reps by 5 reps until I reach 15lbs. I have little body fat and have six pack abs, but my chest seems softer than other parts of my body. What can I do to make my chest rock solid? I do Chest workouts every monday, thursday and full body on saturday. I don't overwork it if I can help it!!! I'm 5'6" 15 years (still growing) and my workout is: -incline press descending staircase starting with 45lbs-15lbs -flat press descending staircase starting with 45lbs-15lbs -decline press descending staircase starting with 45lbs-15lbs -medicine ball push ups (upper- 20 & lower- 20) -regular push ups- 20 -chest flies (incline, decline and flat) with 20lbs- 5lbs (I keep doing the flies until I feel a slight tingling sensation) I don't feel that it is enough sometimes and need to know what I am doing wrong. I eat well and get lots of protein before, during and after workouts, so what am I doing wrong? question about chest workout? im almost 17 years old, i do bench press, incline bench press and bout 50 pushups every 2-3 days, (monday, thursday usually), i only do 20kgs (10kgs on each dumbbell), the thing is when i do the workouts, i dont feel any burning in my chest. A good, balanced chest workout? I found out that my job has a gym. It has a level bench and a bench that you can make into an incline. It doesn't have a decline bench though. It has a full set of free weights, though. My friend said that you needed to do all three for a balanced chest workout. Is that true? Is this an acceptable chest workout? The following program was reccomended for me, being an Ectomorph body type with an insanely high metabolism. It will also be done with a similar shoulder and back workout. Mondays and Thursdays (first three weeks) Bench Press - wide grip (5 x 8-12) Bench Press - narrow grip (5 x 8-12) Incline Press (5 x 8-12) Decline Press (5 x 8-12) After three weeks do this twice a week: Flys (5 x 8-12) Incline Flys (5 x 8-12) Decline Flys (5 x 8-12) Medicine Ball Push Ups (5 x failure) It looks intense, does it look like it would result with muscular growth (my goal)?
A good chest workout to improve my bench? Can anyone help me out with a good bench routine to maximize gains? I am a member at a local gym so I have access to pretty much any equipment (Bench Freeweights, dumbells, etc....
