Home Workouts? Does anyone know of any workouts that I can do at home to lose weight and tone my body?
Does anyone have any tips on at-home workouts? I am not overweight, but I have noticed my metabolism is not what it used to be. I now have small love handles and a slight buldge on my stomach. It doesn't look horrible yet, but I want to see if there are any at-home workouts I could do in order to trim down without having to go to the gym to tone up. I don't want muscles or anything like that. If anyone could help or share similar stories, please let me know! Thank you!

How can I make a dip station for at home workouts? I d like to make something at home so I can do dips when I workout in my basement. I dont have any ideas on what I could do for this. Dips are an exercise that involves placing your hands on a solid base, then lowering and rasising your body. Your triceps and chest muscles are used in this.

I already go to baseball conditioning but I want to work on my arms on the days I don't have conditioning. easy home workouts? Ok, so i dont want to say im skinny, but im deff not chubby, im just sorta normal in a sence, Now my delema is that i want two major things with my body, i want to have abs, not the kind that are like BULGING out, but hte ones that you can see the outlines of, that look really nice, (that includes chest too) and i want larger arms, right now my upper arms dont have any muscular curve to them, they just sorta go straight, i would love to get some arm muscle in to fill out my t-shirts for the summer, and just all around look better. Detais about me are that im 15, turning 16 in just under 3 months, i had 6.5 years of martial arts training so strange workouts arent hard for me (and you think after all that i would have muscle haha(curently quit karate tho)), and weigh about 150 pounds(5'10"). What would be some ab and arm(&chest) workouts that i can do at home WITHOUT ANY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT!!!. And on what days should i work the different muscles?? At Home Workouts? I'm looking for more things to add into my at home workouts. I know that variety helps and would like some more things to do. I'm not looking to bulk up but tone, build stamina, and explosiveness. I sometimes use light weights and resistance bands. Some of the current things I do are pivot punches, hill climbers, push ups, sit ups, mule kicks, cone jumps, etc. With the weights and bands I'm working on things like biceps, triceps, shoulders, and legs. I'm in decent athletic shape at 6' 1" 193 lbs and play softball and paintball. I would like to improve my quickness in both. Good home workouts? (no equipment)? I normally goto the gym for my physical training needs, but im finding it harder to go for whatever reason thats not important. (note: its not my motivation, i want to go, its just im not physically able to). On the days i dont go, which are becoming more often i find myself just doing 200 calories on the video game dance dance revolution as my cardio. Without any weight training, i have abolutley NO equipment. Today would be legs + abs day, normally id do Captians Chair, and Abdominal isolator today for abs, and just leg extension, curls, and seated press for legs. What are my effective alternitives? And how much of each should I do? Captians Chair: 3 sets of 20 Abdominal Isolator: 3 sets of 25, 80lbs Leg extension (Quadraceps) 3 sets of 15, 40 lbs (individual leg) Leg Curl (hanstring) 3 sets of 15, 40 lbs Seated leg press: 3 sets of 15- 20 (pending mood), 155 lbs (I also do my calfs on the seated leg press, same sets, reps and weights as normal leg press) Thanks in advance. Easy At Home Workouts Exercises With Hand Weights? I don't want to lose weight since I'm well underweight by a bunch, and I'm VERY Weak(Hehe..) I have a pair of 2lbs hand weights. Home Leg and calves Workouts? I am looking for good leg strengthening workouts that i can do at home. I am going to start playing football with my friends in about 2 or 3 months and want to dominate my competition. I do not really have access to any type of weightroom, although i can get access to adjustable free weight dumbbells. If you could give me some good exercises along with sets and reps, that would be great. i should also add that these exercises should not take over 30 mins to an hour, i have to balance being a student, a job, and weight training i should also add that i am looking for exercises that will give me the explosiveness required for a good runningback or wide receiver.
How exercise / workouts at home can be FUN yet build toned muscles? Am I the only one who hates these "mechanical" workouts like pilates or those described everywhere on the web? i.e, situps, crunches, leg lifts, squats, etc... Shouldn't we rather do what makes use of our precious time? This week I've been doing more thorough house cleaning like crawling under beds to vacuum and other hard to reach places, moving stuff around, wiping surfaces high above or down below, all for about an hour. The next day my body is sore from head to toe as though I competed in a volleyball match or something! Dancing is another fun thing, just turn on your favorite music and dance like a black girl (or for guys, martial arts like tai chi, judo, etc) and it's useful too cuz you can learn some moves and impress others with time or even turn pro in the long run, just by starting it as a work out. Are the mechanical workouts better than active house chores or things that come more "natural" to us? The whole trick is to use all your muscles in any way regularly isn't it
Lower, middle, upper Chest workouts at home? i need tyo develope my chest muscles and make them big....especially i need to focus on middle, upper and lower chest, and make them big. All i have is diff size dumbells, no bench. andything that can be done without those?

what exercises i can do in my home that is equivalent to a treadmill/cross trainer cardio workout in the gym? i dont have the transportation to go to the gym regularly and i was wondering if there is something i can do here in my home that is equivalent to the work that i do at the gym, i want to lose weight so my target is about 1-2 hours on the treadmill everytime i go to the gym. but the problem is i cant go to the gym more often than i would like to due to lack of transportation. so is there any workout i can do here at my house that will equal to that workout i do at the gym? Btw my friend told me the doing jump ropes is effective but my kneecap got dislocated thrice and i fear that that might happen again so jump rope is out. Do you guys have any good home-workouts? please help and if you could site some sources that would much be appreciated... thank you in advance... God bless!
Need simply & easy workouts I can do at home....? I inherited big thighs and butt and need a way to lose inches from my thighs but keep my butt. I want to firm up my butt as well as my calves. i am looking for simple, easy exercises i can do at home that dont include running or walking. can anyone help.
How can I improve my ice skating leg muscles? I'd like workouts that I can at home.? I already do some upper body workouts like pushups and situps, but I can't seem to find anything to work my legs. Also would it help my skating a lot to do some stretching? If so, what stretches should I do? I'd appreciate some good answers. Also, any thing that might improve an area in my skating would be nice. Um... I didn't think I'd have to mention this but I will. I am not a figure skater, I play Ice Hockey.
Best Home Workout Book? I dont need anything on how to eat, diet books, or nutritional books - (I'm a nutritionist and gourmet vegetarian chef at Whole Foods). I just need a good home workout book that shows exercises in which you use weights on barbells and dumbells, swiss ball, chinup bar, and weight-less exercises such as the basic pushup. I travel alot and want to be able to exercise in my own home without worry about the gym. The only ive seen that looks good is the Men's Health Home Workout Bible. ANY OTHER GOOD ONES GUYS!?!? Actually write a book down if you know one, dont answer "i dont know" u friggin moron.
At-Home Workout? I think I'm overweight and I need a workout that doesn't involve going to the gym. All I have to work with is a treadmill, and exercise bike, and 3, 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells. Home workout? I have the golds gym home set http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/P/B0000ASGTA.01-A2QUBZRFQD7A2Q._SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg has those features, but we dont have the bench pressing equipment. I have a Dance Dance revolution pad and game for my ps2 we have the tai bo basic workout....somewhere and I have a jump rope. with what I have, what can I do to get in chape and get an effeciant work out. Im 16, so I need healthy eating options too. I'm not over weight or anything, and I'm built curvey anyway, sort of broad shoulders and wide hips, but I want my thights, calves, abs and arms toned and in shape. school starts in two weeks, I dont need to get in shape by them but it would be nice to have a head start! I would like my parents to have a tredmill but we cant afford it right now, and I cant go running because I have serious knee problems, and athletic ashma, and seeing as I live in a hilly area, there is no such thing as low impact. lunges are out of the questions too. so something that isnt too tedious or boring, something that doesnt take up too much time, and somethin effective! ♥ Thanks guys!
Good At Home Workout??? Hi Everyone! I was wondering if someone could recommend a good at home CARDIO workout. I'm 5"3 and 134lbs. It will be done in my living room which is a fair size but please keep in mind that I have absolutely NO workout equpiment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Anyone know a good home workout DVD? I'm looking for a good DVD to workout at home. I've tried a few aerobic ones and they just aren't for me. I'm looking for something fun. I'm out of shape but not a total couch potato. Any suggestions?
Who can point me to an at-home workout that does not use weights? Due to my schedule not matching up with the local gym schedule, I can't really make it to the gym. I'm looking for an at home workout (pushup/situp type base) that would be effective. Because I have no weights/dumbells, most of the articles I find online are of no help, as they use weights in the routine. So, if someone could point me toward a routine that would work for my situation, that would be awesome. Thanks. (Don't worry about any cardio, just strength type activities...thanks).
BOXERS...Some good workouts?? I was wondering what some good lower ab workouts.. its like i got nice upper abs and everything but around the lower abs like around the belly button its like a fat pack.. is that normallly how it is? and what are some good workouts for it.. at home workouts also?
